Dr. Henry Barham's attention to excellence as an ENT and rhinologist makes him one of the top specialists in Louisiana. Although he is based in Baton Rouge, neurosurgeons across the southeast from Houston to Mobile, Alabama, refer their patients to PBSI, making Dr. Barham and his team one of the top pituitary and skull base go-to surgeons in the southeastern United States.

“My experience [with] Dr. Barham has been amazing! He’s personable, caring, and listens intently! After having cerebral spinal fluid leak symptoms for 9 yrs, 10 months, seeing a multitude of doctors, both in-state and out-of-state, I believe he has finally fixed me! He ordered the right tests. Sent me to an ear specialist for something that needed to be surgically repaired. I went back to him and he saw and repaired what I feel was the actual cause of the ear/brain trauma…I highly recommend him.”

What is endoscopic endonasal surgery?

Minimally invasive endoscopic endonasal surgery helps doctors diagnose and treat certain conditions in the nose and sinuses without making large cuts on the skin.
Instead, they make very small incisions inside the nose or mouth. Through these tiny incisions, small tools called endoscopes are inserted to diagnose and treat illnesses or abnormalities like tumors, blockages, infections, and more.
This surgery is much less painful than traditional methods, takes less time, and often has a faster recovery period.
